These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the site andeshogar.com (hereinafter, «the Site») and the relationship between Andeshogar Consultores S.A. and users who access the information and the consultation form. By using the Site you accept these Terms in their current version.
1. Ownership
The Site is owned by Andeshogar Consultores S.A., a company incorporated in 2021 in the city of Quito, Ecuador, with RUC 1793209847001, registered with the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance of Ecuador under file No. 179654.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site offers information about a private participation program in housing projects in Ecuador. It does not constitute a public offering of securities, a financial product regulated by the Central Bank of Ecuador nor a program of the Ecuadorian State.
3. Eligibility
The program is aimed at natural persons of legal age, citizens or residents in Ecuador, born between 1960 and 1985. Andeshogar may request documentation to verify eligibility before formalising any participation.
4. Free consultation
Submitting the consultation form does not create a contractual bond or any obligation to contribute. The consultation is free and can be ended by the user at any time without justification.
5. Risks
Participation in housing projects entails risks: construction delays, cost variations, regulatory changes and, ultimately, the possible partial or total loss of the capital contributed. Past results do not guarantee future results.
6. Site content
All content (texts, images, trademarks, logos) is the property of Andeshogar or its licensors and is protected by Ecuadorian intellectual property regulations. Reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.
7. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the Site fairly, without carrying out actions that may damage its operation, breach security or affect other users. Automated use for the purpose of massive data extraction is expressly prohibited.
8. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Andeshogar does not control nor accepts responsibility for their content or policies.
9. Modifications
Andeshogar may update the Site and these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent judges of the canton of Quito, province of Pichincha, unless the law provides otherwise.
