At Andeshogar Consultores S.A. (hereinafter «Andeshogar», «we» or «the company») we process the personal data of our users in accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador (LOPDP) and its regulations in force. This Policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, on which legal basis we rely and what your rights as a data subject are.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide in the consultation form (name, email, message). Additionally, if you authorise analytical or advertising cookies, we may collect technical data such as device identifiers, approximate city, pages visited and browsing times.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) reply to your enquiry and describe the housing projects available; (ii) send you contractual and operational information related to your participation; (iii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Ecuador; (iv) improve the site and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, provided you have granted consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on (a) your explicit consent when submitting the form or accepting cookies; (b) the performance of a pre-contractual relationship you requested; (c) compliance with legal obligations applicable to Ecuadorian companies; and (d) our legitimate interest in improving our site, balanced with your rights.
5. Retention
We keep the form data for 24 months after the last interaction. Technical data linked to cookies is retained for the periods indicated in the Cookie Policy. Once the periods expire, data is safely deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes outside the program. We share data only with: (i) our internal teams in Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca; (ii) technology providers acting as processors under contract (hosting, email, analytics, digital advertising); (iii) authorities when required by Ecuadorian law.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may host data outside Ecuador (for example, in the United States or the European Union). In those cases we apply contractual clauses and technical measures equivalent to those required by the LOPDP.
8. Your rights
As a data subject you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion, objection, portability, cancellation and not to be subject to automated decisions. To exercise them, write to contacto@andeshogar.com attaching a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum of fifteen business days.
9. Supervisory authority
If you consider that we have violated your rights, you may file a complaint before the Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador, the authority in charge of the matter.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, event logging, staff training and periodic risk assessments. However, no measure is absolute and we recommend keeping your credentials and devices safe.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
