What most people ask before applying

Is this a program run by the Government of Ecuador?

No. Andeshogar is a private company registered in Ecuador. The program is not a governmental initiative and does not replace public housing plans.

What is the minimum entry amount?

The amount varies by project and city. During the free consultation, the advisor shares the range that applies to your generational profile and region.

What happens if a project is delayed?

Each participant receives a verifiable schedule. If a project is delayed, we notify you in writing with the new dates and the impact on the distributions.

Can I recover my capital?

At the end of the project you have two options: acquire the property or recover your contributed capital together with the accumulated distributions, according to the project's conditions.

Is there any cost for the consultation?

No. The consultation is free and does not create any obligation. Requesting it does not require signing or contributing any capital.

Does it only apply to those born between 1960 and 1985?

The program is designed for that generational range. For other ages there are other participation paths the advisor can point out during the consultation.
